  • Booking data: Data constituting accounting records (e.g. invoices and payment documentation) is kept for 7 years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. Bookings are handled in our booking system, which is operated by our system provider
  • Communication: Normally kept for up to 2 years after the last contact, or longer if needed to handle an ongoing matter or a legal claim
  • Marketing consent: Kept until you withdraw your consent

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases:

  • Service providers: Companies that process data on our behalf (e.g. booking system, payment providers, email provider and operations/hosting provider)
  • Legal requirements: When we are required to by law or by a decision of a public authority
  • Consent: With your explicit consent

All service providers are contractually obliged to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes for which we have engaged them. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA.
