Per Ehrlund is one of Sweden's most sought-after and respected grill chefs. With over 20 years' experience in the restaurant trade and a passion for combining Swedish produce with international grilling techniques, he has built a reputation that reaches far beyond the borders of Småland. His restaurant at Gökaskratts Camping is a natural extension of his philosophy — offering top quality in a relaxed, welcoming setting where everyone can feel at home.
